Bidemi Oke is the visionary founder and CEO of Flashchange Limited, a fintech platform, with its flagship product for digital asset exchange, transforming how people trade and interact with financial tools in Africa. With over 7 years of experience in digital finance, Bidemi has led Flashchange from idea to impact, with the Flashchange app now recognized for its fast, secure and user-friendly trading experience. Currently launching a second product; a cross border payment platform, Bidemi is passionate about transforming Africa's financial ecosystem. Bidemi is an alumnus of Lagos Business school and Strathmore Business School where he has completed various executive programs. He also holds a bachelor’s degree from Obafemi Awolowo University.

Ememobong Udofot is the Chief Communications Officer at Flashchange, where she leads brand strategy, stakeholder engagement, and corporate communications. With a unique career spanning public service, finance, agriculture, marketing, and technology. She brings a sharp understanding of narrative, policy, and people. Ememobong is a passionate individual, problem‑solver, forward thinker and lifelong learner, her thought leadership frequently draws on behavioral economics and social psychology to explore how perception shapes decision‑making and brand engagement. Ememobong also champions youth and women’s inclusion in the economy, particularly in finance, technology and agriculture, advocating for empowerment through education and strategic engagement.

‘Joba Ojelabi is a marketing communications professional with experience spanning healthcare, real estate, and fintech industries. He specialises in creating and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand presence and drive customer engagement. His core skills include digital marketing, strategy development and execution, and key accounts management. Currently, Jesujoba leads the marketing team at Flashchange limited, where he has successfully launched several products and campaigns. He has developed strategies that significantly increased the customer base, improved digital engagement, and consequently strengthened the company’s bottom line. His previous roles at JNC International Limited and Advantage Health Africa further honed his expertise in healthcare communications and marketing. Beyond his corporate work, Jesujoba volunteers as Communications Lead at Agbowó, a pan-African literary organisation, and has taught copywriting courses at EliteFold. He is passionate about helping organisations articulate their brand essence and achieve their goals through effective marketing strategies. He enjoys to read and write and published his debut collection of poems, The Ones Before You in 2025. Jesujoba is an alumnus of Lagos Business School, where he completed the Venture in Management, Management Acceleration Programme and Experiential Marketing Management courses. He also studied at Orange Academy Lagos, completing the Integrated Brand Experience course. He holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from Obafemi Awolowo University. Jesujoba currently lives in Lagos, Nigeria.
